Tour Operator Website for Glad Travel: Tours, Itineraries and Enquiries in One Place
Glad Travel is a tour operator that puts together tours of Georgia for foreign travelers. We built a three language website where a traveler picks a tour, reads the day by day itinerary and sends an enquiry straight from the tour page.
Project in brief
Glad Travel (gladtravel.ge) is a tour operator based in Sagarejo that organizes tours of Georgia for foreign travelers. In 2026 ITLover built its website on WordPress with Elementor and WP Travel Engine: the site works in English, Georgian and Russian, and every tour page has a day by day itinerary, the price, frequently asked questions and a map. Online payment is left out on purpose: booking starts with a tour enquiry form, the contact form or WhatsApp.
Challenge
What a foreign traveler needs from a tour operator website
A traveler planning a trip to Georgia does not know Glad Travel in advance. They need to see the tours in a language they understand, get a clear picture of the itinerary and the price, and have an easy way to ask a question.
Trips were planned through message threads, and the tour details were not gathered in one place
The audience is foreign, so the site has to show up in search in English, while Georgian and Russian versions are needed too
Booking should start with a conversation with the company, so a cart and online payment do not suit this business

Solution
How a traveler finds the right tour
The site has five types of pages: home, about us, the tour catalog, individual tour pages and contact. In the catalog a traveler filters tours by destination, price and duration and finds, for example, the โ5-Day Tour Across Georgiaโ or the โ10-Day Combined Mountains and Sea Tourโ.
Tours are managed with WP Travel Engine, and the site is built on WordPress and Elementor with the Tourm theme, hosted on Hostinger. See the catalog live on the Glad Travel website.

Booking
How booking works without online payment
Every tour page has the same structure: overview, day by day itinerary, price, frequently asked questions and a map.
The enquiry form โSend Us A Messageโ is right there. The traveler writes which tour interests them, and Glad Travel gets in touch and agrees the details.
Anyone who prefers chatting will find the WhatsApp button in the top bar of every page. The contact page has the address, phone, email, a form and a map.

Technical side
Five decisions that lead a traveler to a booking
Each point answers a specific need of a foreign traveler.
Tour catalog with WP Travel Engine
Tours are entered as separate records, so the catalog has destination, price and duration filters.
One structure for every tour
The overview, the day by day itinerary, the price, the FAQ and the map sit in the same place on every tour page, so comparing tours is easy.
An enquiry instead of payment
We left out online payment on purpose: booking starts with a form or WhatsApp. For another scheme built on enquiries, see the BuildRent equipment rental website case study.
Three languages with GTranslate
English is the main language of the site and the one used for search. The Georgian and Russian versions work through GTranslate's automatic translation.
A refreshed logo
Along with the site we reworked the Glad Travel logo, so that the brand and the new website look like one.
Result
What changed for the traveler with the new site
English as the main language prepares the site for the searches of foreign travelers. Planning this kind of structure is part of our SEO optimization service.
