Unlike a website, automation runs continuously: it lives on a server, calls an AI model, and connects to external systems. That cost exists, and someone has to cover it.
In my packages it's a single price — you won't need separate accounts, separate subscriptions, or separate cards:

- Business System — 290 ₾/mo
- Simple automation — monthly fee is not required
What's included:
- Server — n8n and the chatbot run on my infrastructure
- AI usage — the model cost is on my side

Is there a limit
The price is calculated for the typical workload of a small or mid-size business, and in practice that's enough.
If site traffic jumps sharply or the chatbot gets used far more than expected, we'll review the package together — nothing gets charged automatically, and there won't be a surprise on the bill.
If you'd rather use your own server
That's possible too — the system is set up on your server and the monthly fee goes down. In exchange, you pay the server and AI costs directly to the providers, and monitoring and maintenance are arranged as a separate agreement.
I recommend this option when a company's internal policy requires keeping data on its own infrastructure. Otherwise, a single bill is simpler.

What is a one-time cost, and what is monthly?
System development is paid once — starting from 890, 1,990, or 3,990 GEL, depending on the package.
Monthly fees (190 or 290 GEL) apply to packages where systems run continuously: Chatbots and Business Systems. This covers server costs, AI model usage, uptime monitoring, and adaptation to API changes.
Simple Automation (890 GEL) has no mandatory monthly fee — if n8n is hosted on your server, your only expense is server hosting. Ongoing support is optional at 190 GEL/month.
What happens if an API changes and the system stops working?
API changes are standard in the tech ecosystem (e.g., Facebook updating its developer protocols).
- Warranty: Any technical issue within 1 month post-delivery is fixed free of charge.
- Support: After the warranty period, we can sign an ongoing maintenance agreement, or you can request one-time assistance billed hourly.
