Hosting is included in the price — no separate bill
On the Georgian market, a site owner usually pays three separate bills: hosting, domain, and technical support. Three different places, three different renewal dates — and when something breaks, all three point fingers at each other.
In my package, hosting, an SSL certificate, and business email are already part of the price. That means one bill, one person responsible, and — what matters most in practice — no one gets to say "that's a hosting problem" when your site loads slowly.

Migrating an existing site — free of charge
If you already have a site on another host, the migration is free and works like this:
- I create a full copy of your site on my server and verify everything works
- We agree on a time — usually overnight or on a weekend
- I switch the DNS records; the old server stays as a backup for another 7 days
- I check forms, email, payments, and SSL
Your visitors won't notice a thing — the site never goes offline, not even for a second.
If you don't want to migrate hosting
That's fine too — every package also works on your existing hosting, at a reduced price of 30 to 50 ₾ off.
One caveat, upfront: on a server I don't have access to, there are three things I can't do — I can't guarantee continuous uptime, I can't set up a staging environment, and speed optimization will only be partial, since server-level settings are out of reach.
If a problem does come up on the server, I'll diagnose it and prepare a technical report for your provider — but the fix itself is on their side.
Everything else — updates, security, backups, content changes, monitoring, and reports — works exactly the same.

How much does website management and administration cost?
There are three packages: Start at 150 GEL/month, Business at 290 GEL/month, and Pro at 490 GEL/month. All three include hosting, SSL, and business email — no separate payments required. Annual billing includes two months free.
If you prefer to keep your own hosting, the price drops by 30 to 50 GEL.
Do I need to buy hosting separately?
No. Hosting is included in all three packages: 3 GB in Start, 10 GB in Business, 20 GB plus CDN in Pro. If you already have hosting and wish to keep it, that is also possible — the package price will then be reduced by 30–50 GEL, though server uptime responsibility remains with your provider.
Can I migrate an existing website?
Yes, free of charge and with zero downtime. Migration is possible from any hosting provider — local or foreign. The entire process typically takes one business day, and your visitors won’t notice a thing.
If I decide to discontinue the service, do I keep the website?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and receive a complete backup of your website — files and database — to move to any hosting provider. You pay nothing extra for this. The domain name is registered in your name and remains yours at all times.
How often should the website be updated?
Software updates (core, plugins/modules) are performed as soon as they are released and tested. Content update frequency depends on your business requirements.
How does website management differ from SEO?
Management preserves what you have: it ensures the site stays operational, fast, secure, and prevents ranking drops caused by technical glitches. SEO grows what you have: targeting new keywords, adding fresh content, and building domain authority.
Both are necessary, but for different goals. If you have to choose, prioritize management first, as SEO investment is wasted on an insecure or slow website.
What happens if my website encounters a technical issue?
The monitoring system alerts me within 60 seconds of downtime — I usually detect issues before you do. In case of a critical failure, the website is restored from the latest backup: max 24 hours of data loss on Business and Pro plans, and 7 days on Start. Backups are stored in an independent off-site location, meaning server issues will not affect your backups.
