Website administration and hosting in one package

Creating a website is a one-time job. Keeping it working is not.

Your website is built, but after months without plugin updates or backups, it suddenly goes down. To make matters worse, the developer is unreachable, and hosting support claims ‘it’s a problem on your end.’

Our website management package prevents this exact scenario: hosting, updates, backups, security, and monitoring — all bundled into one price with a dedicated manager.

Which package do I need?

"I have a brochure site, content rarely changes"

You need stability: the site stays online, gets updated, and stays protected. One or two small changes a month is enough.

→ Start — 150 ₾/mo

"I have an active site, a blog and news"

You need regular changes and confidence that the site loads fast and forms actually deliver submissions.

→ Business — 290 ₾/mo

"I run an online store, payments are live"

You need maximum reliability: one hour of downtime means lost orders.

→ Pro — 490 ₾/mo

Can't decide? Start with Start. You can upgrade any month, with no extra fee.

Site is live
Updates installed
Backup saved
Security scan complete

Hosting is included in the price — no separate bill

On the Georgian market, a site owner usually pays three separate bills: hosting, domain, and technical support. Three different places, three different renewal dates — and when something breaks, all three point fingers at each other.

In my package, hosting, an SSL certificate, and business email are already part of the price. That means one bill, one person responsible, and — what matters most in practice — no one gets to say "that's a hosting problem" when your site loads slowly.

What hosting includes

  • SSD storage and a server configured specifically for WordPress
  • Free SSL certificate with automatic renewal
  • Business email on your own domain (5 to 25 addresses)
  • Backups stored in a separate, independent location
  • A staging environment — changes are tested there first

Migrating an existing site — free of charge

If you already have a site on another host, the migration is free and works like this:

  1. I create a full copy of your site on my server and verify everything works
  2. We agree on a time — usually overnight or on a weekend
  3. I switch the DNS records; the old server stays as a backup for another 7 days
  4. I check forms, email, payments, and SSL

Your visitors won't notice a thing — the site never goes offline, not even for a second.

If you don't want to migrate hosting

That's fine too — every package also works on your existing hosting, at a reduced price of 30 to 50 ₾ off.

One caveat, upfront: on a server I don't have access to, there are three things I can't do — I can't guarantee continuous uptime, I can't set up a staging environment, and speed optimization will only be partial, since server-level settings are out of reach.

If a problem does come up on the server, I'll diagnose it and prepare a technical report for your provider — but the fix itself is on their side.

Everything else — updates, security, backups, content changes, monitoring, and reports — works exactly the same.

Website repair and security restoration

What is website administration and why does it matter?

A website is a dynamic system that needs constant technical updates and security monitoring. Left unmanaged, it builds up faults over time, loses loading speed, opens up security risks, and starts losing visitors.

Website administration is exactly that: timely prevention of these risks and continuous monitoring to keep the site stable, secure, and running without interruption.

What does my website management service include?

Technical Support and Updates

  • 24/7 continuous Uptime monitoring of the server and website functionality.
  • Safe and compatibility-tested updates for the WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
  • Automated cloud backups and prompt bug fixing to ensure data integrity.

Speed and SEO Optimization

  • Resolving technical bottlenecks to consistently improve loading speeds (Core Web Vitals).
  • Optimizing graphical and multimedia files without sacrificing visual quality.
  • Basic technical SEO maintenance to ensure structural updates do not harm organic rankings.

Regular Content Management

  • Publishing new texts, media, and products strictly adhering to SEO standards.
  • Editing existing content to align with your current business needs.
  • Filtering and securely deleting outdated or irrelevant information.

Security Monitoring

  • Firewall system integration to block malicious attacks (DDoS, Brute Force).
  • Strengthening authentication protocols and protecting the site from hackers and malware.
  • Continuous monitoring of security logs for early risk prevention.

Monthly report — see what you're paying for

At the end of the month you get a one-page report that clearly shows:

Uptime

How long the site stayed continuously online (target: 99.5%+).

Speed

Load time on mobile and desktop, compared to the previous month.

Updates

What was updated and what issue was fixed.

Security

How many suspicious requests were blocked.

Backups

How many copies are kept and when the latest one was made.

Work completed

What changed based on your requests.

This isn't a formality. It's a document that lets you judge for yourself whether this service is worth it — every month.

How I work: The Process

  1. Assessment and Consultation
The process begins with an in-depth technical audit of your website’s current state. I evaluate the system’s speed, security vulnerabilities, and your specific business requirements.
  2. Strategy Development
Based on the technical analysis, I create a customized administration plan. This precisely defines the future strategy, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and update schedule.
  3. Implementation and Monitoring
Changes are executed gradually, with strict adherence to safe testing protocols (using a Staging Environment). I continuously monitor the results and optimize performance.

FAQ

There are three packages: Start at 150 GEL/month, Business at 290 GEL/month, and Pro at 490 GEL/month. All three include hosting, SSL, and business email — no separate payments required. Annual billing includes two months free.
If you prefer to keep your own hosting, the price drops by 30 to 50 GEL.

No. Hosting is included in all three packages: 3 GB in Start, 10 GB in Business, 20 GB plus CDN in Pro. If you already have hosting and wish to keep it, that is also possible — the package price will then be reduced by 30–50 GEL, though server uptime responsibility remains with your provider.

Yes, free of charge and with zero downtime. Migration is possible from any hosting provider — local or foreign. The entire process typically takes one business day, and your visitors won’t notice a thing.

Yes. You can cancel at any time and receive a complete backup of your website — files and database — to move to any hosting provider. You pay nothing extra for this. The domain name is registered in your name and remains yours at all times.

Software updates (core, plugins/modules) are performed as soon as they are released and tested. Content update frequency depends on your business requirements.

Management preserves what you have: it ensures the site stays operational, fast, secure, and prevents ranking drops caused by technical glitches. SEO grows what you have: targeting new keywords, adding fresh content, and building domain authority.
Both are necessary, but for different goals. If you have to choose, prioritize management first, as SEO investment is wasted on an insecure or slow website.

The monitoring system alerts me within 60 seconds of downtime — I usually detect issues before you do. In case of a critical failure, the website is restored from the latest backup: max 24 hours of data loss on Business and Pro plans, and 7 days on Start. Backups are stored in an independent off-site location, meaning server issues will not affect your backups.

I manage websites built on the WordPress platform (e-commerce stores, blogs, portfolios). Focusing on a single system allows me to maintain high service quality and maximum security standards.
