What I collect, and on what basis

Below is every case in which your data reaches me through this site.

Project brief and price calculator

I collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), your answers about the project and any extra notes. Basis: steps taken at your own request before entering into a contract. I need this to prepare your quote, which is why you are not asked for consent here, because filling in the form is the request itself.

Free SEO check form

I collect the website address and your email address. Same basis: delivering the answer you asked for.

I collect your email address. Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Comments on a proposal page

If you leave a comment on a proposal page prepared for you, or mark the document as approved, I receive that action and the text of the comment. Basis: the contract between us.

Payment

To issue an invoice I need your name or your company name, identification number and address. Basis: the contract, and the obligations placed on me by tax law.

Technical records

The server automatically records the IP address, browser type and time of each request. Basis: my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and finding errors.

The site cannot work without the necessary cookies, so those run without consent. Everything else only starts after you agree.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

The “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site lets you change your choice or withdraw consent entirely, at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and it does not affect what happened before, it simply stops any further processing.

You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.

Who I share data with

I do not sell your data and I do not pass it to third parties for advertising. To run the service I use these providers:

Hostinger: website hosting, server records and email service
Microsoft: Clarity, anonymous site statistics (only with your consent)
Google: the map on the contact page, embedded YouTube videos and the reviews left on Google (only with your consent)
PayPal and Bank of Georgia: payment, if you choose to pay that way
WhatsApp (Meta): only if you contact me through that channel yourself

Some of these companies process data outside Georgia. Where that happens, the transfer relies on their own standard contractual terms.

I will also disclose data where the law or a court requires it.

How long I keep it

Project briefs and quotes: 12 months from the last contact, if no work followed
Documentation of completed projects: for the period set by law after the contract ends
Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by tax law
Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe
Cookie consent records: 12 months
Server technical records: for the period set by the hosting provider

Data is deleted once that period ends.

Your rights

The Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection gives you the right to:

be told what data about you I process, and why
receive a copy of that data
have incorrect or incomplete data corrected
ask for your data to be deleted, or for processing to stop
withdraw consent you gave earlier
ask for your data to be transferred to another controller

Send your request to info@itlover.tech. You will get an answer within the period set by law, and the request is free of charge.

Automated decisions

I do not make decisions about you automatically, without human involvement, and I do not carry out profiling. The price calculator only estimates a figure from the values you enter yourself and produces no consequences of its own.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. The administrator login page is hidden and login attempts are limited. I am the only person with access to the data. Even so, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
