About the Company
Tokyo House is a modern sushi and Asian cuisine restaurant in Batumi. Their goal is to offer customers an app-like, seamless ordering experience, provide fast delivery service, and implement a modern QR menu for on-site ordering.
Technical Solutions (Project Highlights)
- Intelligent Telegram Automation – two-way synchronization that allows operators to manage order statuses (✅/❌) directly from the chat. Security is fully protected with MD5 tokens.
- Precise Geolocation – Dynamic map integration for pinning, which automatically calculates delivery costs and strictly blocks orders from outside the area.
- Solid Product Logic – Users can easily select paid add-ons or remove allergic ingredients using Conditional Logic, similar to leading delivery apps.
- Extreme Speed and Performance – High-speed platform with LiteSpeed and Redis caching.
- Dynamic Business Hours Control – Strict order acceptance control that automatically blocks the cart and checkout page during non-business hours.
Design Process (Wireframes & UI)
Content structuring and creating a Mobile-First UI were key parts of this project. The layout was specifically designed to provide an intuitive, app-like experience for the user on their smartphone, and to make the ordering process as simple as possible.
