Website development process - how I work
After delivery, I take care of the site for free for the period stated in your package (1 or 2 months).
What's not included in the price — openly stated
The price is fixed and there are no hidden costs. Instead, I openly list what's not part of the package — so there are no surprises later.
You provide the information, based on the brief. SEO copy editing is a separate service (390 ₾).
If you don't have photos, I use licensed stock photography, which is included in the price.
If you don't have one, we'll figure it out together at the consultation.
Every package is single-language. An extra language on the Start and Business packages — +390 ₾. On the online store — a second language from 790 ₾, each additional one — 390 ₾.

What you get in writing
The timeline is fixed in the contract and counts from the day I receive your materials, not from the day you sign.
The price written in the contract is final. Extra cost only appears if you request work that wasn't part of the agreed scope — and even then, only in advance, in writing.
The domain, hosting and every file of the site are registered in your name. If our collaboration ends, you take the site with you in full — no one can lock you out.
The site is delivered mobile-optimized, secured with SSL, and registered in Google Search Console. This isn't an add-on service — it's the minimum I won't deliver a project without.
Any technical issue found within the first month after delivery, I fix for free — that's my mistake, not your cost.

What is the guarantee for the completed work?

I will fix any technical flaws discovered during the first month after delivery free of charge.
Additionally, I manage the website for the first month after delivery — updates, backups, and monitoring are on me. After that, you can either continue on your own (I will show you how) or switch to a maintenance package starting from 150 GEL/month.
What minimum resources are required to start a project?
For the start, the following is sufficient: a brief description of the business, 1 website you might like (for inspiration), and a list of desired pages. I fully plan the technical part (domain, hosting, server) so that you save time and get an optimal budget.
What can speed up or delay the timeframe?
Deadlines are primarily determined by content readiness (texts/photos), the complexity of features, and the speed of feedback. When the content is ready and agreements are reached quickly, the process is significantly accelerated.
How many languages will the website have?
All packages are single-language. For an online store and complex websites, a second language is 790 GEL and includes a Polylang Business license for the first year, language structure, hreflang tags, and the duplication of all pages. A third and every subsequent language is 390 GEL. Translations are provided by the client.
What happens after the first year?
The first year’s hosting, domain, and SSL are included in the package price. Starting from the second year, there are two options: you continue on your own (domain ~50 GEL/year, hosting from 250 GEL/year), or you switch to a maintenance package starting from 150 GEL/month, which already includes hosting, SSL, and a business email. Neither option is mandatory, and the website remains yours in both cases.
